Subscriber Station Feature Capability by License Type

Cisco has introduced a new commercial purchasing agreement, Flex 3.0, simplifying the licensing options to Professional and Enhanced.

  • Professional License: Built for individual user’s calling needs. Includes all Calling capability via clients and devices.
  • Workspace License: Built for shared use and common area locations, phones and ATA's. Limited to a single device. Not intended for an individual user’s calling needs.

Flex 2.0 licenses are only available for partners who have previously signed a Flex 2.0 agreement before September 23rd, 2020. For all new partners, only Flex 3.0 licenses are available.
